Delivery

Delivery is to U.S addresses only, to avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to include your full shipping address.

  • Street Addresses: Please make sure to enter your complete address including directional abbreviations such as N, S, E, W, and street descriptions such as Dr, Ln, Cir, etc.
  • Apartment Addresses: In addition to your street address, don’t forget apartment (APT) or building (BLDG) numbers if applicable.
  • Business Addresses: In addition to your street address, don’t forget suite (STE) or floor (FLR) numbers if applicable.
  • Please note couriers can not deliver to a USPS PO BOX.

Most orders will ship SAME or NEXT DAY depending upon the time they are received. Please keep in mind that the delivery time is based on the shipment date, not the order date.

Please include a phone number where you can be reached with your order, in case we or the shipping company have any questions about your order. If applicable, provide both a daytime and evening phone number so that the courier can contact you quickly to resolve any questions that may arise.

USA Shipping Methods – General Notes & Tips
For now we are offering Fedex or UPS shipping options only (no USPS).

This is to provide
a) secure delivery that is traceable – you will receive a Tracking Number by email for your shipment,
b) confirmed delivery, fast

We ship from our Los Angeles warehouse, this means you can expect delivery for:
West Coast residents – 2 to 3 days
East Coast residents – 3 to 5 days

You will receive 3 emails from us once your order is processed:

1. Order confirmation upon payment, with your order and delivery details

2. Shipping confirmation once dispatched with Tracking Number

3. A final email once the courier has notified us of delivery, with additional instructions for DVD use.
